How do I delete my EasyPark Private account?

Pre-Deletion Checklist

Before attempting to delete an account, ensure the following conditions are met:

  • No Active Subscriptions: You cannot delete an account with an active subscription (e.g., EasyPark Go). You must first downgrade to EasyPark Small. Note: The downgrade takes effect the following month.

  • Zero Balance: All outstanding balances must be paid in full.

  • Data Awareness: Deletion is permanent and removes access to all receipts and parking history.

  • App Removal: Simply deleting the app from a phone does not close the account.

  • Dual account: You cannot delete your account via app/self-service portal if you have both a personal and a business account. You must be in contact with our support team for manual handling.


Method 1: Via the EasyPark App

  1. Open the EasyPark app.

  2. Go to MenuAccount.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

  4. Confirm the deletion via the on-screen prompts.

Method 2: Via the Self-Service Portal (Web)

  1. Log in to the EasyPark account management page.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard.

  3. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Troubleshooting: "Something went wrong"

If you receive this error message during deletion, it is likely due to:

  • An unpaid invoice.

  • An active subscription package that hasn't expired yet.
