It can be a surprise to open the app and find you’ve been logged out, but this is a standard security measure designed to protect your account. The most common cause is a temporary loss of internet connection.
Why does this happen?
To keep your data secure, the EasyPark app requires a stable connection. If your phone loses its signal (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for more than 30 seconds while the app is active, the system may automatically log you out to protect your session.
Will my parking stop?
No. If you have an ongoing parking session, it will not stop or be affected. Your session continues on our servers exactly as you set it. You simply need to log back in to view or manage it.
How to log back in
Re-enter your mobile number: Use the number linked to your account.
Verification Code: You will receive a 6-digit code via SMS.
Security Check (MFA): As part of our multi-factor authentication, you may be asked to enter a license plate number previously used on your account. This ensures that only you can access your details.
If it keeps happening
If you find yourself being logged out frequently even with a good signal, try these quick steps:
Update the App: Check the App Store or Google Play to ensure you’re using the latest version.
Update your OS: Make sure your phone's operating system (iOS or Android) is fully up to date.
A Fresh Start: If the problem persists, try uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, and then reinstalling the app.
