Add a foreign license plate

Adding a foreign license plate to your account is just as simple and intuitive as adding a local one.

How to Add Your Vehicle

  1. Open the app and tap Menu.

  2. Select Vehicles.

  3. Tap Add vehicle.

  4. Enter your plate number. You can select the country of origin, though this is optional.

Helpful Tip: If the app suggests the format looks unusual, don’t worry! You can bypass this by simply tapping “It’s correct” to save your plate and get moving.

Important: Cyrillic and Special Characters

To ensure your parking is dependable and recognized by local attendants, please follow these guidelines for plates with special characters:

  • Match the Plate: Only enter Cyrillic or special characters if they are physically displayed that way on your actual license plate.

  • Use Latin Equivalents: If your plate uses an international standard, it is best to use the Latin (standard English) alphabet equivalent.

Why is this important? Many parking operators and digital enforcement systems are optimized for the Latin alphabet. Using the incorrect characters may lead to:

  • Your session not being recognized during a check.

  • Issues with automatic camera parking.

  • Unnecessary parking fines.
