How to tell if it’s really us
We will never ask you for sensitive information like your password, PIN code, or full bank details via SMS or email. Here is how we usually stay in touch:
App Notifications: The safest place to check for messages or outstanding payments is directly inside the EasyPark app. If there’s an issue, a clear alert will appear there.
SMS: We may send you a text to confirm your parking or notify you of a payment issue. However, we will never send a clickable link in an SMS asking you to pay or enter card details. We will always ask you to open your app instead.
What to do if a contact feels suspicious
If someone claiming to be from EasyPark asks for your payment info or sends you a suspicious link:
Do not click any links.
Do not share your details.
Report it to us: Contact our customer care team immediately. We perform internal security reviews on all reported interactions to keep our community safe.
