My Camera Parking Session Is Still Active

If you have already driven out of a parking area but the timer is still ticking in your app, don't worry. This can happen if the exit camera was unable to read your license plate clearly (for example, due to weather or a vehicle in front blocking the view).

Here is how you can resolve it quickly so you are only charged for the time you actually parked.


Step 1: Try to Stop it in the App

We’ve made it easy for you to correct this yourself directly in the app. This is the fastest way to get it sorted:

  1. Open your active parking session.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "Stop session."

  3. You will be asked to confirm the exact date and time you actually left the parking area.

  4. Once confirmed, the session will end and calculate your final fee based on your input.


Step 2: Reach Out for Assistance

If you don't see the option to stop the session manually, our support team is ready to step in and fix it for you. Please contact us via email at support.cy@easypark.com with the following details:

  • Phone number registered in your app.

  • License plate number.

  • Start date and time of the session.

  • End date and time (when you actually drove out).
