How do I deactivate camera parking?

How to Disable the Feature

You have two simple ways to turn off Camera Parking in your app:

Option 1: Via the Vehicles Tab

1. Open the app and go to Vehicles.

2. Tap the three dots next to the vehicle you want to update.

3. Select Edit vehicle.

4. Uncheck the Camera Parking box.

5. Tap Save to confirm.

Option 2: Via the Main Menu

1. Open the Main Menu in your EasyPark app.

2. Select Camera Parking.

3. Choose your vehicle and toggle the switch to Deactivate.

Important Things to Know

• Manual Parking Only: Once deactivated, the cameras will no longer recognize your car for automatic sessions. You’ll need to start and stop your parking manually in the app or enable the feature again.

• Active Sessions: You cannot delete a vehicle from your account if it currently has an ongoing Camera Parking session. Make sure you’ve exited the parking area first!
