I cannot log in to the app

Check your password:
Make sure you entered the correct password.
If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it by clicking on "Receive a new password by SMS."

Check your phone number and country:
Ensure your phone number is correct and that you’ve selected the right country.
Note: There should be no zero after the country code.

Check your internet connection:
Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
