What should I do if I received a fine?

Check the following information on your parking receipt (which you can download by logging into your customer account on the EasyPark website https://www.easypark.com/en-be) and compare it with the information on your fine.

You must check if:

  • The license plate on the fine matches the one on the EasyPark receipt;

  • The date and time of parking on the fine match those on the EasyPark receipt;

  • The parking location on the fine matches the one on the EasyPark receipt;

If all this information matches, we invite you to contest your fine by sending your EasyPark parking receipt to the service listed on your fine.

EasyPark is a way to pay for your parking fees, we are not responsible for submitting fines, so we have no control over their modification or cancellation.
