If your company has subscribed to EasyPark Professional, you have received your login credentials via email or SMS. Follow these simple steps to start using the app and manage your parking easily.
Steps to follow:
Download the app and log in Download the EasyPark app and log in using the credentials you received.
Park your vehicle If geolocation is enabled, your location and the zone code will automatically be displayed. If geolocation is not enabled, move the pointer on the map and manually enter the zone code or parking address.
Set your parking time Use the dial to set the desired duration and press "Start my parking" to begin.
Receive a notification before your parking time ends 15 minutes before your parking time ends, you will receive a notification informing you that your parking is about to expire.
Stop or extend your parking To stop parking, press "Stop my parking". If you need more time, press "Extend my parking" and select the new duration.
Tips
Keep an eye on your notification to avoid surprises when your parking time ends.
If you need to extend, don't wait until the last minute to do it, ensuring a stress-free parking experience.
