How do I know if its a camera park area?

You can check the map icon to see if the area has cameras. If the area is monitored by cameras, you'll notice a camera icon. Regular parking area will simply have a "P" to indicate parking.

The signs in the area will also provide information on how to start and pay for your parking, whether it's a manual process or if the cameras will read your license plate.
