What should I do when my license plate is not recognized when leaving the parking?

If your license plate cannot be read, the barrier will not open. Press the “INFO” button on the barrier housing, and a representative from Q-Park will assist you so that you can leave the parking area.

If you still have an active parking session, you can either click on the “Report Problem” button in the app where you can view your parking sessions or contact our customer service directly. Please provide your license plate, the start date, and the end time of your parking session.
