How do I manage parking time and vehicle restrictions?

Restrictions help you stay in control and avoid unexpected charges.

In the self-service portal, you can set them up in just a few steps:

1. Go to Restrictions, then choose Vehicles or Time.
2. Select the Payment Group the rule should apply to. You can also exclude specific users if needed.
3. Vehicle rules: decide which license plates can be charged to the business account, for example your company fleet only.
4. Time rules: set when business parking is allowed, for example weekdays or working hours.

Anything outside these rules is automatically charged to the driver’s private account.
